All content, images, and designs on this website are the original intellectual creations of KG Asuncion and are protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and international copyright treaties.

1. Ownership of Work Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, KG Asuncion retains full copyright and moral rights to all images displayed on this site and produced during commissioned sessions. Protection is automatic from the moment of creation.

2. Prohibited Uses Unauthorized use of any image—including but not limited to downloading, screen-grabbing, digital manipulation, removal of watermarks, or redistribution for commercial or personal use—is a violation of Philippine law.

3. Licensing & Permissions

• Standard License: Clients who have paid in full are granted a specific usage license as outlined in their service agreement.

• Third-Party Use: Licenses are non-transferable. Vendors, contractors, or other third parties wishing to use images from a shoot must secure a separate license from KGA Images.

• Editorial & Commercial: For inquiries regarding the licensing of existing work (including published work), please contact us directly.

4. Enforcement KGA Images actively monitors the unauthorized use of its intellectual property. Violations may result in legal action, including claims for damages and attorney’s fees.
